Jonathan is a Hebrew name. In Hebrew is Yonatan, and a shorter version with the same meaning is Nathan (Hebrew: Natan). When we talk about ancient people with those names, we write their names as Yonatán and Natán, but they are not names that have been commonly adopted by modern Spanish speaking families (until recently, that is), unlike other names of Hebrew origins that are very common in many languages included Spanish, like John, Joseph, Peter, Andrew, George, Matthew, Paul, Mary, Michael, Luke, Simon, David, Eve, Ann, Adam, Jacob, Jonas, Isaac, Benjamin, Daniel, Elizabeth,...

In many Spanish Bibles, the name Jonathan is translated as Jonatán. Click the link below to listen to how it is pronounced. (Wait a few seconds for the page to load.)
I hope that helps!
You aren't suppose to translate names if you speak English.
I asked a question similar to this and here is the answer I got:

there is no spanish name for jonathan
Its the same. Jonathan. I have a Spanish friend called Jonathan
There is someone in my spanish class named Jonathan. The spanish teacher calls him Yonatan. He also calls this girl named Joanna "Yoana".
Similar to the n sound in canyon. Go to the translate section and type in some of these words to hear it pronounced: señor, señora, niño, niña, año
I'll go for Jonatán, just could someone tell what the n with the mark over it does to the pronunciation. It's not an ñ, which I learned as an nyeh .
