Which one should I use in this type of sentences?

Muchas gracias por/para ayuda Muchas gracias por/para corregir mis errores en mi escrita

Beginner's rule: "para" tells you where do things end up or who receives them, and "por" tells you why, where, when you do things.

"Gracias" is a short for "Te doy las gracias", which means "I give you my gratitude". So "gracias" is almost like gratitude.

Gracias para...: indicates who will receive your thanks eventually

Gracias por...: indicates why you are saying thanks

gracias por corregir mis errores en mi escrita

It should be: "en mi escrito" (but that sounds quite formal), or "en mi texto". Alternatively, Gracias por las correcciones / por corregirme".

Welcome to the forum.

It is gracias por algo / gracias por hacer algo. .... but you can easily find this in the dictionary part of this page...

EDIT: "gracias por corregir los errores de mis oraciones." would be better I guess!
