Would this be "no me acuerdo de su cara" or just "su cara". Gracias.

Well the dictionary says this -
acordarse (de algo/de hacer algo) -> to remember (something/to do something)
I also found these phrases from the Yahoo! México search:
"es todo lo que recuerdo, no me acuerdo de su cara ni nada. ..."
"...a casi no me acuerdo de su cara."
