I hear the phrase, but can't grasp what they are saying for "in person". Es la primera vez que veo uno de esos sounds like "en pigo". it could be "sin video" I guess. Not en persona or cara a cara or personalmente or anything to that effect. Gracias.

Could it be "en vivo" =live? (as in a live performance)
