No tiene importancia VS no es importante
Any difference between these? Minor difference etc..... ?
¿Porqué no tiene importancia "sentirse bien"? Would isn't it important to feel good? Gracias.

In some contexts both phrases would be interchangeable.
In your phrase they mean the same.
So I would say they are very very similar in meaning but they can be used slightly different depending on context and on the construction of the sentence.
El chapu Nocioni es importante para el equipo is correct, but El chapu Nocioni tiene importancia para el equipo does not sound right. But in this case it´s lexical difference and one of usage, not semantic.
