what does definitivo que mi babe mean ?

a friend of my who is spanish said Definitivo que mi babe, es una pichita ole zu madre .... jaja , bueno y el padre , ahora empieza la barrigita a aumentar y yo a comprar jajajajaj . i dont know spanish so i was wondering can you help me solve what it all says

Definitively that my baby is a boy, (Ole! = well done! Jolly good! wow!) to mom.... ha ha , of-course also to dad, now the belly will start to grow and I will start to buy things ha ha ha .

I would love to know what "una pichita" is and how it relates to a boy.

I realise that there are some irregular nouns that do not follow the "o" or "a" rule, examples, el mapa, la mano, but una pichita appears to be a regular noun.

Una picha: slang for penis. Una pichita: little penis. I imagine your friend is referring to the findings on an ultrasound scan.
