You could say either:

Tengo vergüenza

or

Estoy avergonzado (-a)

or even

me avergüenzo (de)

I think that the first and the third options are probably a bit more common, but I could be wrong. - Izanoni1, Aug 25, 2010
Es "Siento vergüenza", porque es un sentimiento. - djerez, Aug 25, 2010
También se puede decir "me da vergüenza" ¿no? - Izanoni1, Aug 25, 2010
Si se puede decir "me da vergüenza". - djerez, Aug 26, 2010

Is "Estoy avergonzado", because you can't have it (tener), but you can be (ser/estar).

Estoy....because avergonzado is used as an adjective.

Tener....because vergüenza is a noun.
