Phrase: Nadie de aquí le va a........

Phrase: Nadie de aquí le va a........

I came up with this phrase this morning and have been playing with it.

  • A nadie de aquí le va a importar (un pepino / un pimiento) ......
  • Nadie de aquí le va a ayudar (porque es una fresa)
  • Nadie de aquí le va decir nada.
  • A nndie de aquí le va a importar si te quieres sentar en mis piernas un poco.

Curious thing is the second sentence. The le is "her/him" and in the 1st the le is "nadie". What about the third? Nobody here is going to say anything. Does the le mean to her/him? I would just think it's Nobody here is going to say anything, but maybe the le is understood as him or her, or maybe is just directly means him or her. No one is going to help her, because she is stuckup.

Does anyone want to add any? This is a useful phrase, it seems, it just came to me this morning and I have been playing all day with it. Gracias.

Careful: the 1st and 4th sentences require "a", because "a nadie = le" is the indirect object, "un pepino" is a special function called "predivativo" in Spanish grammars, and "si te quieres..." is the subject of the sentence.

On the 2nd and 3rd the subject of the sentence is "nadie" and "le" refers to another person (not mentioned explicitly)

"Un pepino" and "un pimiento" are the softest versions, along with "un rábano", "un comino" and "un bledo" but then you have "un pito", and much harder ones (mostly with sexual organs) that this forum probably doesn't approve.

By the way, why are my bullet points not displayed?
