hey, welcome to the forum.. I think you are a little bit confused. Because saber and en are not the same thing.
saber means to know .... and en means in , at ... so , you'd better think again what you want to ask!

This should read "¿Hay una diferencia entre "saber" y "en?"
Saber is a verb = to know
En is a preposition = in, at, on
