Espero mejorar mi español escrito (what I'd say)

Espero mejorar mi escritura en español (this sounds almost like your handwriting)

By the way, it is grammar, not grammer.

I think you want to say: Espero mejorar en la escritura del español.

More natural: Espero escribir mejor español

Another form:

Espero que mi escritura del español mejore
