Mainly so he wouldn't put a bullet through your head. The most successful outlaw of all time, once listed as the 7th richest man on the planet, once burned $2 million in cash just to keep warm. He didn't get to that position by being a nice guy. El Patrón = Boss/Master. You don't call a guy like that 'Hey, you'. Well, maybe once.
