Need help answering questions from a listening exercise

I have to answer the questions at the end of these 2 exercises, but the speakers are too hard to understand and I can't follow anything. Can anyone help me complete this, they only last about 4 minutes. I'll put a link to the 2 exercises if someone will help me.
