Who needs a Translation Club?

I mean here, on this site. Mentored by a consummate professional who can answer all your questions regarding grammar and supervised by an authoritative figure, in whom we all can trust, who can walk us through all the steps (winding and treacherous) of good translating.

I think we already have something similar in existence among the community of S.D.

Watch for the grammar and verb gurus (you will soon be able to pick out the experts, whom I wont mention by name for fear of excluding anyone) You can learn not only by the answers they give to your own questions but also the answers to other members and the learning links they provide. Agreed the translation tools can sometimes be a nonsense but they are free of charge and provide a guide in the right direction.
