I am doing a sight translation of a doctors report: It refers to a female patient and her medical complaints. In the body of the letter it states:
"Tiene como antecedentes de importancia"
My best shot is, "The important medical history is"
I welcome any and all suggestions for a better translation.

Agree, or perhaps slightly better is: "significant medical history"
