"Yo te pongo" definition
Hi all,
Does "yo te pongo" have a slang meaning? Is it something like "I want you"? I'm reading a Spanish book, and came across this expression which I don't understand.
The male character in the book has a crush on a girl, and the girl asks him "yo te pongo?"
Thanks in advance for your help.

Literally: "Do I put you?" However, "poner" in Spanish, applied to people, and followed by some adjectives it is like "to make someone [adjective]". In this case, chances are that it means:
Do I make you (horny)? (although it sounds more like "Do you fancy me?")
This expression is fairly common in Spain.
