I would say that the phrase that you are looking for is:
"Mi pensamiento está siempre contigo" o "Estas en mi pensamiento"

Maybe: "Te tengo en mi mente..."

I just had some stuff going on and my Peruvian friend said 'estamos pensando mucho en ti' - I'm thinking that's probably it. Maybe someone else will come up with something.
