How do you say hotline in Spanish?

How do you say hotline, as in telephone hotline?

Hello. Word Reference gives two translations. In politics, they say it's teléfono rojo, and in "computer science" they say it's línea de acceso directo. The only reason I'm suspicious of the second one is because it says it is called that in "computer science" and I don't really associate the word 'hotline' with computer science. More with infomericals. Anyway, I hope this is a start.
