When to use Que or Cual/es?

Hi I am having a bit of trouble with regard to when to use que or cual/es. I have three examples on hand that I am not sure which one to use. 1. ?Que or Cual/es me llevo? 2. ?Que or Cual/es perfume llaves? 3. ?Que or Cual/es ropa me pongo?

If anybody could help me with this and could indicate why Que or Cual/es is used in each instance that would be great. Thanks!

I believe all three examples could use either ¿Qué...? or ¿Cuál...? with a slight change in meaning.

¿Qué/cuál ropa me llevo? Which one (outfit) am I wearing (cuál)?, What style, type, kind of clothes am I wearing? (qué...definition)

¿Qué/cuál perfume llevas tú? Which perfume brand (cuál) or type of perfume (qué..definition...) (oil, musk, synthetic, plant or animal, etc.)

¿Qué/cuál ropa me pongo? Which clothes/outfit of the 3 am I putting on? (cuál), What type of clothes am I putting on (formal, casual, summer, fall, de algodón, de lana) (qué...definition)
