Do "tengo pocas ideas" and "tengo algo de ideas" both work here for this thought "I have a few ideas, some ideas"? My new thing is yahoo answers in Mexico and answering them, great way to learn. I'd go for "tengo algunas ideas" which would translate as "some ideas" or it you wanted to stress the "few" element as in "not many" then : "tengo pocas ideas" - lagartijaverde, Aug 23, 2010

Q provided a ver complete answer. "Tengo pocas ideas" means "I have few ideas" (maybe not feeling very creative today). "Tengo algo de ideas" simply is not correct, no matter how many hits there are. ("I have something of ideas"). - Gekkosan, Aug 23, 2010
