Spanish Tests: Is it just me or are spanish test extremely difficult?
Is it just me or are spanish test extremely difficult. I tested today and the results were I had elementary level spanish. I live in Honduras now, going to college, and I took spanish, in a spanish speaking country, at a spanish speaking university and let the class with an 83 average. I dont think most native speakers would even score well on these spanish tests. If any of you have been to a spanish speaking country then you know that most, dont speak that proper. Has anyone else had this experience?

I went to an international high school for 2 years in Venezuela. Of course, we all had to take Spanish. I got A's. A lot of the Venezuelan kids in the class were failing. It sounds silly. They spoke it as their first language, and I was bumbling along holding conversations. But I always did my homework, studied the vocabulary, learned the grammar, and passed the tests, while they just relied on what they already knew or didn't know. The tests didn't reflect how well someone could speak Spanish, they reflected how well the student remembered what was in the textbook.
HI agian, we have several tests on this site, I am sure somebody can find them for you.
I don't know , sometimes we talk a lot and probably good, in your case, but grammar is another story, and mostly tests are based on grammar.
