how does one say "breaded" as in breaded fish filet?
I seem to remenber "encanzado" is that correct?

Breaded is "empanado".

By the way, "próspero ano" means "prosperous anus". This is one of those words where you need an ÿ to say year (año).

Manutd, you should tell them what "ano" means in Spanish. People will be sure to never misuse it ever again. smile

ano = anus
año = year

In Latin America it is empanizado .
In Spain it is empanado.
