conocerlo, conocerla or conocerle?

similarly, conocerlos, conocerlas or conocerles?

e.g. encantado de conocerXXXX

Should we say Encantado de conocerle, señor Smith or Encantado de conocerlo, señor Smith ?

Conocerle and conocerles don't have a gender difference they mean to meet him/her and to meet them

but the others

conocerla (a ella) = To meet her

conocerlo (a él) = to meet him

conocerlos (a ellos) = to meet them(masculine)

conocerlas (a ellas) = to meet them(femenine)

EDIT : If you want to say , it's nice to meet you formally , you can only say

Mucho gusto or Encantada/encantado but if you want to use a verb with the subject usted it's better using -le for example;

Le llamé a usted ayer. = I called you yesterday ( formally )

or

*La quiero conocer a ella = I want to meet her. So i think with usted , verbo + le is used
