a dónde va usted para

va usted is being more specific about who is going. In this case "you" are going. Va can mean he, she, or you go. If you just say "a dónde va para" the context of who you are speaking to will explain who you are asking. (he, she, you)

Hi,

And the context?, if you are asking to a bus driver it should be:

"¿Hasta donde llega?" or "¿A dónde llega este recorrido?" or "¿Cual es la ultima parada?"

If you are asking to someone is:

"¿A dónde vas?", but is a little imperative. "¿A dónde te diriges?"

Saludos wink
