have i used the verbs correclty in this sentence?

Sin eso conseje, el riesgo de drogadiccion es prodra estimular porque los jovenes seran mas vulnerables a se tentado por la cultura de drogas.

lo siento

without this advice, the risk of drug addiction is increased because the youth are vulnerable to the temptation of drug culture.

Here is what our machine translator says (always a good starting point):

sin este consejo, el riesgo de adicción a las drogas es mayor porque los jóvenes son vulnerables a la tentación de la cultura de la droga

In this instance I see no reason to modify it as it is almost exactly what you wrote.

You could use será and serán rather than es and son if you wished to use the future tense rather than the present tense.

To comment on your attempt:

...the risk of drug addiction is increased....passive voice

That can be said with passive se (se aumenta) or ser+past participle (es estimulado/aumentado)

No, there are a few errors. When asking for proof readings you should always include your English version so that we know what you are trying to say. Please add the English version so we can be sure of corrections.
