Contácteme?

I want to leave a note near the contact box in a portfolio. Which is better to use - Contácteme: or Póngase en contacto conmigo: ?

Both are correct. Which one is better depends on where you are. "Póngase en contacto" sounds better to me, but according to the RAE, "Contácteme" is correct, and it is also very commonly used - again, more so in some countries than others.

If you are telling someone specifically to contact you, either one works (the second seems more formal and wordy).
If you are just trying to give people the option of contacting you and it is a general invitation, you could always do Contactarme or Para contactarme haga clic aquí or something along those lines.
