Hello, and welcome to the forum. It is a bit of a non sequitor, but it's like saying "I'm an artistic brunette." Or "I'm a tanned (or dark-skinned), artistic person." Moreno has several related meanings.
Also, please note that both because there are people learning English here and because it's just nice, we appreciate correct capitalization, spelling, and punctuation. So, if you would, please edit your post to reflect this when you get a chance. Thanks.
Welcome to the forum.
There isn't any link between the two that I can think of. I think you have some confusion between the verbs ser (es) and estar (está). That's very common, and you can search for the large number of threads where that's discussed.
But, when you ask ¿Cómo es? you're asking someone to describe themself. When you ask ¿Cómo está? you're asking how they feel. So if you asked someone to describe themself and they said brunette and artistic, it would make sense.
