But I think the equivalent could be Brijana
Breanna is a name of Celtic origin that probably originated in England, and it is likely to be used mostly in English speaking countries. I am not aware of any Spanish version of it.
Other names, like Ann are very old (this one is Hebrew) and have been adopted by many countries with different spellings over the centuries, so you can find Ana in Spanish, for example. Breanna is not that international, so you probably shouldn't change its spelling (unless you want to write is as Briana, that is.)
Some names you can find in many European languages: Alice, Marc, Joseph, James, Eve, Adam, Thomas, Daniel... Most of them are Hebrew or Greek, and many of them Germanic (eg. Leonard, Charles.)
Hello Breanna, Welcome to the forum. Proper names don't change in how they are spelled as already pointed out. They will certainly be pronounced different for obvious reasons. However, in many cases there are equivalent names such as Joseph/Jose, Charles/Carlos, etc. and maybe this is what you are asking. Is there an equivalent name for Breanna? Maybe another forer will know of one, I do not.
Breanna in spanish....LOL...... names don't change , just the way the are pronounced
