Hola todos - just thought I'd share this link with anyone who is still getting a handle on the Preterite vs Imperfect - I thought it was great the way it compared action in the past (preterite) with an ongoing condition (imperfect).
It also has some great examples of how the meaning of sentences with the same verb changes dependent on whether the preterite or imperfect is used.

Thanks for that link. Every bit of help is appreciated. Is there one you´d recommend for por versus para. That is the bain of my life but I am finding everyone´s sentence explanations really helpful
