What I said on your previous, very similar question still applies. Or maybe you didn't read the answer. Anyway, here it is:

Hello, and welcome to the forum. What exactly is your question? If it is a request for a translation, please note the following:

We're glad you found us. This is a learning site and not a free translation service, though, so while we are happy to help you, we ask that you give the translation a try yourself. Then we'll provide corrections and suggestions for improvement. If you need help, use the dictionary at the top of the page or the free translators on the main page. When you finish, just post your attempt here or edit your question to include it. Thanks.

Sorry! I did not abide by the regulations. Could the forum rule/guidelines not be posted at the top of the newest page? I mean to remain there? Many will not bother to click on the link given. - Sheily, Aug 16, 2010
Don't worry, Sheily, you're in good company. Which newest page do you mean? Like, for it to be at the top of the list of questions all the time? - MacFadden, Aug 16, 2010

Perhaps it is like a "gentleman's agreement" an arrangement made verbally, with no written documentation. "Spoken accounts"?? Just my attempt.
