Quick question - is 'p.s'. (post scriptum) the same in Spanish since it's an abbreviation from Latin?

Both P. D. (posdata) y P. S. (post scríptum) are valid abbreviations in Spanish (they must be written in upper case), but before the Internet, P. D. was by far the most common one. I'm talking about the Internet because Spanish speakers watch lots of pages in English, and constantly seeing p.s. is likely to have an impact on people.
