True, vamonos would be the imperative. But vamos is very commonly used, and is less of an order to go take a drink, though I generally don't have to be ordered. :-) - KevinB, Aug 15, 2010

Spanish uses tomar instead of tener to mean to have a drink or some food. Quiero tomar una bebida = I want to have a drink. That's a generic drink. Copa implies alcoholic. - KevinB, Aug 15, 2010
