I don't believe that behaves at all? Is it from portar do you think or, por te nada. Like "No creo que por te nada". It was in the Simpons, Bart was saying something like "I doubt that".

Could it have been:
"No creo que importe nada" I don't think it matters.
(using the subjunctive "importe" after the doubt expressed by "No creo")
