Hmmm, that's not an easy one. There's a lot of ungrammatical stuff. Here's my guess:

I am glad you're better. Be good and don't sin. If you don't God will punish you. And you always have to put up with/be responsible for (?) a man. Ha ha! Good night, little one. I'd love to see you when we weren't in a hurry.

I'm guessing peké = peque = pequeño.
