the girl im going with is from america but is of mexican descent her english is not all good and im trying to say this in spanish are we still going out tomorrow

= ¿Vamos a salir (juntos) mañana, todavía?
o
=¿Salimos (juntos) mañana, aún?
Salir con (alguien) = to go out with (someone)/date someone
¿Con quien sale ahora? = Who is she dating now?

Another way to say it is
¿Estamos aún a salir mañana?
When in doubt, use the translate on Spanish.Dict. You will actually get three responses although they are machine driven and not always correct. However, if they all agree, then you know you probably have the right answer.
