Means sexual intercourse. I used to watch this spanish talk show, I think it was called 'Monica' and the hostess/Monica said 'chaca chaca' quite a bit.

I watch this show called que tiene la razon. And the host always says that.it basically means to have a quicky in bed. Its weird cuz she sayz women cant live with out the chaca chaca. Which is stupid ,the host is probably always
