Should casi be followed by the subjunctive?

Hi guys, I've been trying to find myself a definitive answer on this one but Iseem to be able to find instances where it's followed by the subjunctive and others where it's followed by the indicative.
Is there are rule that any one knows?

Casi does not require the use of subjunctive. The meaning of the sentence determines whether it's subjunctive or not.
