I think you are asking for a translation of the English pronoun "it." Try the dictionary

for a list of Spanish pronouns that correspond to the English "it." But in Spanish the subject pronoun is usually omitted.

In the sentence "Es bueno," the subject pronoun is not stated. "Es" is the third person singular present indicative of "ser." In other words, it's the verb in the sentence, and the Spanish verb tells you what the subject is.

It's confusing for English speakers who are used to having the subject pronoun stated, I know. But the form of the pronoun will change according to its function in the sentence. You can look at the reference section (under more at the top of the page) for more information on pronouns.
