I really don't get these threads. What do you hope to accomplish here? A translation? Do you think this forum is a machine translator? These are real people taking time out to answer your questions, how about some capitalization and effort in attemping proper grammar?

Yes, jeezzle, I share your frustration. I have recently noticed a number of questioners asking for translations of what are most likely text messages/e-mails from new "love interests".

It makes me wonder about the depth of meaningful communication/conversation between these individuals when clearly, there is little in the way of a shared language!

I guess a certain type of newcomers is just near-desperate to understand a received text or mail. The internet is easily accessible and cheaper than buying a dictionary or attending language classes. Just posting a question is easier and quicker than actually investigating this site and its objectives. So... in short... I guess it's nothing more than an attempt at instant and easy gratification.
