Translate "run a household"
Here is the sentence I need to translate: "Girls take a course in school called home economics to learn how to run a household." Obviously the word "run" means manage, but I am not sure what verb to use - correr, manejar, llevar or another one. Please answer only if you know for sure. Thanks

You could use llevar or manejar when talking about running a home/household:
Manejar el hogar = manage the household/family
manage: Context 2
B < houshold > llevar,
Source: Spanish Oxford Dictionary (3rd Edition)
Correction: Manejar as Julain said would be better/more appropriate than administrar so I have deleted administrar even though it was recommended in the dictionary
I hope that this helps You ![]()
