I think that it means five decimal law, literally but don't really know what the phrase is. Decimos could also be the equivalent of pesos or coin values in Peru. - martha-sd, Aug 10, 2010

5 decimos fino (5 decimos is the value of the coin, un décimo is the tenth part of all) fino means that the silver is good quality as fine quality
