Está bien chido. It is really cool. It is really awesome.
Esto está bien chido. This is really cool. This is really awesome.
You can also replace "chido" with "padre" as well.
Example:
¡Está bien padre!
You get the same meaning out of it.
I have also heard the phrase "¡Está a toda madre!"...
