It means "With your love, I have the power", "With your love, I have the ability", "With your love, I have got the power", or "With your love, I have got the ability". That's what it means!

I am learning that Spanish is a very powerful language. I am learning, too, that the family ties and friendships mean a great deal. For your friend to thank you like this might mean your friendship is very strong and they love you very much.
