Hey, welcome to the forum

ya te vale means that you don't like the thing that has happened or that somebody has said.

So over there he wants to say that , ya te vale me llamastes y estaba dormido : you called him and he was sleeping but you woke him up and he didn't like it so he got angry. He doesn't want you to know that he got angry but also wants you to notice that it wasn't nice..... he estado to la semana trabajando y ni te has pasado por el hotel ya te vale : He had been working all the week but you didn't even go to the hotel to say hi, so he got angry there also...

P.S

  • llamastes is not correct. The correct conjugation is tú llamaste but generally everybody uses it like that.
  • to is not correct either. It is an abbreviation. it is todo which means all smile

With some minor edits:

sí .... ya te vale. Me llamaste y estaba dormido. He estado toda la semana trabajando y ni te has pasado por el hotel. Ya te vale.

yes .... and you better. You called me and I was asleep. I've been working all week and you did not even come by the hotel. And you better.

Was this a text message?

"And you better" makes for very strange English. - samdie, Aug 10, 2010
I'll admit in this context it feels strange. Although it is an wxpression I have heard often as in "and you better(do this or that)".Sometimes the thing that they better do is understood without saying it. - sagiia, Aug 10, 2010
