Well seeing as Pepito is a diminutive of José which is Joseph in English we don't really have have a cute way of saying that - so if you're looking for a direct translation I'm afraid I can't be of much assistance.

Of course we use similar terms of endearment if they are of any use?

Pepito is diminutive of the nickname Pepe, which short for "Antonio" (heard it in Spain, go figure) or, more commonly, "José." There's really no translation for it.
