Hola,
I found this in the web:
La explosión de insumos es una lista en resumen de las cantidades de materiales, mano de obra, subcontratos, maquinaria y equipo, rentas y cargos que serán utilizados en una obra.
According to this, it should be something like: breakdown/list/summary of expendable supplies, or something along those lines. Lets wait and see what others say.
