Let's say you are at a restaurant and you want to order something. What comes with that? Does that come with french fries? Can you say "¿Qué viene con eso? ¿Eso viene con papas fritas?"

I would use the verb "incluir" - to include.
¿Incluye papas? - Does it include fries?
You can also say ¿viene con papas?

Although it's rare, I love it when somebody agrees with me. Es raro, pero me encanta cuando alguien esta de acuerdo conmigo! - petersenkid2, Aug 10, 2010

You can say it the way you stated it. ¿Qué viene con eso? - ¿Eso viene con papas fritas" works fine.

I think I would use the verb: "servir" instead of "venir"
¿Se sirven papas fritas con este plato?/con la comida?
