"came skittering down the street"
"came skittering down the street" in spanish
1 Answer
Hi, millevera,
I'm a beginner but based on "scamper" as a synonym for "skitter" and assuming you intend a third person singular subject I propose the following:
"fue dando brincos por la calle"
This is in the preterit, and again I don't know your exact context so the tense may be wrong. I am also not sure that "por la calle" is the correct way to express the English expression "down the street."
I hope someone who knows more Spanish than I do can correct me!
