The right answer is hard to find because every spanish speaking country has its own way. However, they call this device popularly: "La maquinita de las tarjetas de credito", or "the little machine or printer for the credit card slips". You can call it also: "La maquinita de imprimir los recibos de las tarjetas de credito".
