In lesson 1 - 4 Food & Regular -er conjugations. In the flashcard section there is a man eating an apple. It shows come una manzana as the answer. I thought una was feminine. Could someone please explain this to me if this is correct?

The article "una" matches the feminine noun "manzana."
The verb "comer" doesn't change according to gender, but rather according to who is doing the action.
Como = I eat
Comes = you (informal) eat
Come = he, she, it eats (also "usted Come" = you (formal) eat)
Comemos = (we eat)
Comen = (they eat)
Comen = (ustedes "you all eat")
