No, no lo sé is "I don't know", for women and men alike.

Good question - you mean something like this? - where the thing you don't know (eg la razon) is feminine?
Ella se fue pero la razon yo no la sé.
She left but I don't know the reason.
Hopefully someone will come along and let us know for sure
